ABSTRACT
The machined workpieces must meet certain geometric requirements. During the cutting process, due to certain effects of the WDMT (workpiece, device, machine, tool) system, errors may appear on the finished workpiece. By changing the technological parameters, errors can be reduced or occasionally eliminated. The purpose of this study was to analyze the cylindricity deviations. The cylindrical surface was not processed in the usual way, by turning on a rotating workpiece, but by milling of a stationary workpiece. The objective is to investigate the deviation of the workpiece in cylindricity by changing the technological parameters when using different cooling-lubrication methods. On the base of preliminary results, recommendations for the technological parameters are given.
