ABSTRACT
In the article, we present the reconstruction process of the worm wheel of a two-stage worm gear drive. The process is divided into several stages, which are as follows: discovering the cause of the damage, determining existing dimensions, determining missing data, building the model in the CAD system, creating a profile curve, 3D printing, testing. Based on the results of the testing, it became necessary to create a profile shifted version of the worm wheel.
