ABSTRACT
In case of car racing, cars can have very high speed. In some curves, this high speed could invoke that the car can swerve or slip out from the road. The beginning of this slipout will take place at the maximum coefficient of static friction. The friction force will give the extreme load to the wheel of the car. The static and kinetic friction coefficients between the rubber of the car tyre and the asphalt of a real race- course has been measured by a simple on-the spot measurement and the numerical results are used to calculate the extreme load acting to the car wheel during slip- out from the road.
