Content and printing requirements

Format proposals for the authors:  

The article must be sent to the chief editor by e-mail in Word and PDF format. (mail@gepujsag.hu)

Font: Times New Roman

Font sizes:

Text layout:

margins: top: 2.1 cm / bottom: 3.6 cm / left-right: 2.25 cm
2 columns
bar size 240 x 80 mm
column spacing 5 mm
new paragraph 4 mm

Figures:
Color figures can also be published in the online journal.
Figures in grayscale appear in the printed journal.
(After prior consultation, color illustrations can also be published in print – for an additional fee.)
If possible, the image size should fit the 80 mm column size.
Figures should be captioned.

Article length: may vary depending on the topic

Suggested structure of the article:

* Title: in Hungarian and English

* Author(s): below the title in the middle (in footnotes: position, workplace and email, name, position, workplace of any supervisor)

* Abstract:

* Introduction

* Explanation of the topic, including numbered figures, captions (in color if necessary)
The titles of the chapters are highlighted and numbered, the literary references in the text are the usual ones, e.g. [5].

* Summary

* Bibliography exact listing: author(s), title, publisher, journal, year, ISSN/ISBN, DOI link (if available) DOI finder

Proofreading

The articles are published with proofreading.

The proofreader’s opinion will be sent before going to press for possible corrections.

Printing costs, invoicing

We ask for a contribution of HUF 10000+VAT/page (A4 gray scale) for the printing costs of the technical articles.

The Publisher issues an invoice for the total amount to the account address provided at the same time as the article.

We provide the possibility to publish a special issue for conferences, workshops, and exhibitions if required.

Paper quality: 115 g (glossy), cover 250 g
Scope of the publication: min. 44 A4 pages + cover
